    This negligent shipping company left my items on thee curb and now they are nowhere to be found. Not near any of the doors or garage. Furthermore, you can tell from the picture they sent me that it wasn’t even set on my property. It was set on the city side on a the actual curb!!! I was at home, if bringing it to my non obstructed front door was not an option I would have moved my vehicle. They have the audacity to act like that was ok. I can not believe this is even a question. They could even bother themselves enough to ring the doorbell. The house was well lite(as you and they could clearly see from the picture they took). They could have even just called and said they dropped it off. The voicemail said that it would be there between 2-5pm. I waited, I was at home they did not deliver it in that time frame. I have the voicemail. This company did not even do the bare minimum. I am so disgusted that they would play with my hard earned money and my Lowe’s items.

    Good afternoon,

     

    I am responding on behalf of the above complaint number. 

     

    Priority Dispatch apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer.  We do give approximate timeframes for each customer, unfortunately, being a delivery business, we do get delayed at times.  I apologize this was the case for this delivery.  We are a third-party company and follow the liabilities and rules that have been laid out to us from the company we deliver for.  I will attach the customers serve level that was chosen.  Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!

    I am rejecting this response because: under no circumstance do you drop items off on the curb where you pick up trash from.  You could have left it anywhere else on my property. The front door was clear. It’s like you wanted it to come up missing.
