    My complaint is about delivery issues with FedEx located at 100 J St in Perrysburg, Oh. The 1st delivery attempt was made on Wed. May 21, the driver never left a door tag for me to sign so my package could be left the next day. 2nd attempt was Thurs. May 22, again no door tag was left! I was told my package would be delivered Fri May 23, sat home all day, they kept promising me by 8pm. Never showed! Then I’m told today May 24, I get a text that says undelivered because no one was home, but I’m sitting in my house! Again no door tag left because the driver never came. I called FedEx and I was told that the driver is back at the station! All I want is my package and for the driver to be held accountable for not doing his job correctly!

The appropriate management has been notified of your concerns for an internal review with the drivers responsible for serving your area.? We value this feedback for improvements to the customer experience and we thank you for bringing it to our attention. ?

    I ordered a storage shelves from Amazon ( third party) , the delivery is FedEx. Tracking ID is ************,on 6/10/2023 Fedex carrier got the package but from 6/10-6/16, they never deliver my package to my address, just show “delivery attempted but business was closed”, that was ridiculous, cause we have people in the restaurant everyday. I tried contact with FedEx serval times but never work. It showed “ held for pick up”, I also contacted with Amazon( third party) , they did talk to FedEx, but FedEx still insisted me to pick up by myself, they said only pick up , they are not able to deliver it . I said if so , I need to return it and buy a new one , cause I don’t have too much time to wait , my restaurant need this shelf.But FedEx told Seller they need my authorized to return it , so seller can’t do anything. But FedEx said the different thing to me , they said they need sellers authorize to return it , otherwise they can’t move the package. Now my package was stuck there and we can’t do anything. And it’s so hard to contact with FedEx, they hang up the phone always. That’s not the first time FedEx do that to me, they always lied to customers, I can’t go pick up this time cause my car was too small.Please help me to solve the problem, let FedEx deliver my package. Thanks!
