    We ordered food last night and the food we received for the bowl was completely wrong, when we got home we realized it and called up to the restaurant and they stated we could drive back to get a new one. We stated we would rather have the refund as they are 20 minutes away, they said they could submit a ticket for us to do so and corporate would be in touch. Corporate responded by giving a "gift" of a replacement meal on our account. When we responded with we did not want a meal we want our money back they stated that it was not company policy to give refunds. This is ridiculous as it was their fault our food was wrong and their "gift" is to make us come back for a 40 minute round trip to get food. We just wanted our money back as the experience was ruined as well as time wasted. We do not intend to come back and the gift has an expiration date. How can a company have a policy of not refunding money when they were in the wrong? We would like our refund
