    I was told I could not use my floats I purchased because they expired. I spent hundreds of dollars and went n ti find out that I couldnt use them.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the expiration of your purchased floats.We would like to clarify that, upon signing up for a membership at True REST Float Spa Toledo, you initialed and signed a membership agreement that clearly outlines all of our policies, including the 180-day period following membership cancellation to use any remaining floats. This policy is also reiterated in the confirmation email sent at the time of cancellation. According to our records, your membership was cancelled in 2021, and the 180-day period has since expired.We understand this may be frustrating, and we strive to ensure that all members are fully informed about our policies. While we do our best to communicate this information upfront, we regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred.
