    I purchased semen through a sale on SmartAuctions.co. After purchasing, I had a hard time tracking down the person that would help me get the semen shipped. After several months, I was told I needed a shipper to get the semen which was not previously laid out in the ad or in the sale information. I had previously been told by a SmartAuctions employee I did not need a shipper. I made SmartAuctions and the seller aware that I did not have a shipper and asked if a refund would be possible. It has been about eight months and there has not been contact to resolve this issue. SmartAuctions is not stepping in to help remedy the problem although the sale was through their website.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    No resolution has been reached despite numerous calls and emails trying to receive the paid for product or a refund. I'm left to figure it out myself instead of the company standing behind their sale.
