      I have had this company do my driveway for about 5 years now and in May of 2024 i made an appointment for Aug 21 2024. I called yesterday Aug 19 2024 to pay for the service and they said I was not in their system anywhere and they see no record that I have ever been a customer. Their number is the only one in my phone. They said I must have called someone else and I told them that it was them that I called. I was apauled that they couldnt just be honest and tell me the real reason they couldn't do my driveway. They made me feel stupid by insinuating that I must be mistaken. I have the last 2 years of my *********** statements to prove that they are the ones who indeed did my driveway. I called them back to see if I could make another appointment and they never responded. This is no way to treat people who have been a loyal customer. I was very upset because now I have a short window to get someone else. This is no way to run a business. ***************************** ****** ****

      I hired them to sealcoat my driveway after hiring their competitor a year prior, who did a bad job by getting the sealcoat on the garage door. Unfortunately, I watched Perrysburg Sealcoating do an equally bad job. This time it was an employee that walked over the newly poured sealcoat and now have footprints leading down our sidewalk. The crew forgot a bucket of sealcoat once they left and was nearly hit by a few vehicles driving by. It's safe to say I won't be hiring them again.

It looks like we sealed your driveway in August of 2023 but no complaint was made to our office after the work was done. We take these complaints seriously and would have done everything we could to make it right. I would like to rectify this for you if you would be willing to give us that chance.
