5 starsVery satisfied with the work that was done in replacing our plumbing and drain lines. Technicians were very courteous and professional. At the end of each day(took 5 days to complete work) we were given an update on what was done and what to expect next day. We also had to have excavation done it also was done professionally. Although the price was rather high, it was well worth it.**********

5 stars**** and the guys were very professional, timely and friendly. They did a great job. They showed me everything they did, showed me the videos of their work. They showed me where the issues were with my pipes, and the remedial steps that I need to take in the future. Definitely recommend!Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Toledo

5 starsOf course everything happens on a weekend. But we called on Sunday and they were there within a couple hours. He did an awesome job and he cleaned up his mess also. Will definitely use them again if its ever needed.Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Toledo

5 starsOver many years, we have only used Mr. Rooter because of their staff and their expertise. Whenever we have a problem they are prompt and take care of us so well. We know that they will competently fix any plumbing issues we have. They try not to make any messes, and they make sure to clean up when they are done. 5 starsI called Mr. Rooter and made an appointment to have a plumber replace a broken feed line that caused a leak from the bottom of my toilet ******* Mr. Rooter Service Technician arrived at the scheduled time, almost to the minute.He placed booties on his feet to protect my carpet and floors, then inspected the leak. He went back out to his work van, brought back in a feed line (an upgrade, a new flex hose). It only took him 2-3 minutes to install, tighten and test it. His fee, and price of the part, were Very Reasonable. Before leaving, he asked are there any other plumbing problems you want looked at today? I replied no, He said call us if you have any problems.He was here, completed the job, and left all within 20 minutes, Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and prompt.I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again (and request Service Technician J***** D****) Thanks Mr. Rooter, job well done!Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Toledo

1 starNeeded a leaky shower valve replaced, the valve is *** at the hardware store so i was expecting around $300 for the work. The estimate I got was for ****** all together. I kindly told them thats a joke and thanks for the time. Spend your money elsewhere and know the price of your parts!Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Toledo
