      We would leave negative star rating if possible. The service manager should be fired. As a business owner who has used this service shop before, the way we were treated was appalling. I was taunted as if he was trying to start a fight in front of two of my employees. He told me all of my equipment was junk after stating we would take our trucks elsewhere after the way we were talked to. Upon trying to pay with a credit card, he REFUSED to accept it as a form of payment. It required a call to the head office to get it accepted. It was the 15 minutes after payment before the technicians would back our trucks out. The utter disrespect and poor customer service is mind blowing and makes us question how he still has a job. We have since been told we are not the first ones to be treated this way by a current employee as well as others from the service community. Never will we step foot on their property again and we want to warn others to prevent them from the same experience.
