      My husband and I had stayed at Mohican Lodge and Conference Center in ***********, **** on July 4th - July 7th, and we were severely overcharged, and did not tell us about their hidden beautification fees. The front desk staff did not know how to do their job, and just shrugged their shoulders as to why we were getting all of these extra charges. We also could not get any maid service for extra towels, and had to contact the front desk many times. My husband talked to the manager's boss, and he is refusing to pay my husband and I what we've been overcharged. I would like the managerial staff to be fired from their jobs.
