      We were told that we would receive our furniture within a week to 2 weeks. We were just told on our second week that it could take up to 3 more weeks to get our furniture in. I asked for a refund because of the new time delay they wouldn't. They wouldn't offer any compensation; they wouldn't offer any delivery when it did come in.

      To whom it may concern,

      Part of the customers order was delayed. A single sofa on the order. Two other recliners on the order were received ahead of the two week estimate given to the customer. Once items have shipped from the manufacturer the order is not cancellable. This is listed on the invoice provided to the customer at the time of purchase. All orders are non-refundable, which is also stated on the invoice. We went above and beyond for this customer with the manufacturer to have this order marked as "HOT" so the customer would have priority when the manufacturer was filling the order. We do not have control over shipping times, and any time quote provided for shipping is always an estimate as there can be any number of delays during the process. Due to this not being our company's fault on the delay, we were not able to offer any discounts or free services to the customer. The customer's items have already been received and the pick up complete as of 8/7/24.
