    On 8/2, I ordered ( order # **********) “Email and Calendar Essentials with Power-User Skills in Outlook” class, Live version was supposed to be 8/24 @ 1pm, for $199.00. I ordered the Live and the Download of the class. I received an email on 8/23 that read, "Greetings from GRC Educators!! The webinar on “Email and Calendar Essentials with Power-User Skills in Outlook” which was scheduled to go live on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 01 : 00 PM EST. will be rescheduled to a different date .We will keep you posted on the new schedule shortly. The recorded access will be sent as soon as the live session has concluded. The recorded access is valid for 6 months with unlimited access and is downloadable." So, I contacted GRC Educators through chat on 8/24 @ approx. 12:30 to make sure I didn't miss anything and I was told via chat, that the class was canceled and I will get notice when the class will be rescheduled and the download would follow. On 8/25, I received an email with the download, I could not download, the site says "Google Drive can't scan this file for viruses" and asks if I would like to download anyway, so without choice I hit "download" again and it doesn't do anything. So, I contacted GRC Educators again via chat, I asked how they sent me the download when the Live class was canceled. I immediately received a phone call, this time they told me that I never ordered the live show and only ordered the download (that I can't access). They said they completed there part. I have uploaded emails, that state I was in the Live Class as well as Download. Also, included screen shots of order with an incorrect date of (2/8/22) and my account download section that says, "You have not made any previous downloadable orders!" Which obviously I have. I have also had to dispute it on my credit card. No way these scammers are getting any money from me.
