  Dont use these guys bad news they will not get the job done. Not to mention never on time if he shows up at all

  Mr. *** has a home warranty and thats who he went through to get a leak on one side of his kitchen sink repaired. We replaced a sink strainer and the drain pipe along with some new washers and connections on the drain pipe. Checked the repairs and there was no leak after repair. Mr. *** called back and said that the sink was still leaking. We went back on 2/5/25 and found no leak at all. the new problem was a stoppage on the disposal side and he was upset that we did not repair that. We are under contract with his home warranty company andf informed them ofm what the problem was and they informed Mr. *** that he would have to file a new claim for a stoppage. Mr. *** feels that the work we did on the leak caused his stoppage and we explained to him that there is no way because the water drains fine on the non disposal side. Mr. *** wants this repaired without paying a newe service call fee per his home warranty. Mr. *** your warranty company is not a magic wand that you wave and **** everything is fixed for $85.00. Please read your contract and if you still need help with it call them and they will explain it too you.

  My home warranty company contracted this company to fix a dripping faucet in my shower. Said he was coming 08/01. I requested with Atkins to come 08/03 because I was already off work that day, but was told he couldn't because he had to take service truck in for maintenance. So I had to take off 08/01. He came, said he couldn't he couldn't do it - didn't have the part. Said he'd be back 08/03 (even he tho he had said he couldn't come that day). Came back 08/03. Had issue removing cartridge and broke the entire faucet. Now faucet had to be replaced. Warranty company would not pay over a certain amount. I was willing to pay whatever it took (which was over $400! - no way), but guy said he couldn't complete the job because he had to take truck in for maintenance. (??) Water had to be shut off to remove cartridge, so I had no water in my house and he was leaving! I called a friend of mine to complete the job and also paid him for his time - I felt bad having to call him at all and never should have had to, but I had to have water. And the guy from Atkins said he didn't know when he could come back - a couple weeks! Also left my bath floor soaked and just left. Did not clean up anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They'd get -10 stars if I could leave. HORRIBLE SERVICE

  This company was assigned to fix my water heater by my home warranty. The technician came out and pushed a couple of bottoms and got the pilot light come on saying I will have hot water in 30 to 45 minutes after more than 15 hours. I still have no hot water contacted my home warranty company to call them back to fix the tank said they would be back out on a Friday between 11-3 they never showed up. Never responded to any voice message left by me and the home warranty. This company doesn’t even answer their phone. Very poor unprofessional so beware.

  Poor communication and unsupervised work. Unfortunate because I put my trust in him paid for services not completed. Owner promised to return to make requested repairs four months ago and is now avoiding my calls. Left me without finishing my countertop; he removed it and never returned it.

  My home warranty assigned Atkins to fix my sink because it had a leak. He only did part of the job and refuses to put it back into working order. Check ******* there are a handful of jobs that he's done this. He's unreliable and stubborn. Do not recommend.

  We can only do what the home owners home warranty company tell us to do. This customer tried to deceive his warranty company to get a faucet installed that he purchased and didn't know how to install properly and this is something that his warranty company does not cover. We would have fixed it if he was paying us to do it. He needs to file a complaint against his warranty company not us

  The home warranty company KNOWS the leak was discovered when I was trying to install a new faucet. The point of the appointment was to put the sink back into working order. Atkins failed to do this.

  We did what the warranty company paid us to do. If he's not happy with that then he needs to take that up with that up with the warranty company
