The owner of the company sent letters to my siblings and my parents without contacting me directly and without my permission. In addition, he showed up at my brother's house unannounced looking for me. A letter was mailed to the business owner informing him to cease and desist on Friday, October 6, 2023.

    BBB,

To whom it may concern, I did mail to Mr. ****** father and brother letters regarding unclaimed funds do him.

I did not have an address for him. I spoke with his father, who was very nice and receptive and was happy I reached out about the unclaimed funds and said he would have his son call me.

I did show up at his brothers house and knocked on the door, he answered and proceeded to say I was running a scam and do not contact his family again. His wife then walked up from behind me and started mfing me about 10 times. I responded very calmly encouraging them to call the BBB and ask about me and my company. I noted the BBB phone # was the only line in the letter that was in bold print. His wife continued to call me names.  I said have a nice day and walked to my car she mf me some more and told me that they both worked for the United states government and that I should get a real job. I drove away slowly and called my wife and told her about my experience. Fifteen minutes later I received a call from Mr. ****** brother. I thought he was going to apologize for his wife's language and their rude behavior but he  called to tell me if I were to contact him or his family he would file a lawsuit. I calmly replied I understand. he continued to say he was going to sue me. I calmly said you do not have to repeat yourself. I said goodbye and hung up. I have been in business for 18 years and mailed many letters and knocked on thousands of doors and have never encountered anything like what occurred that evening. I hope this complaint does affect my excellent standing with The BBB.

     Thank you,

    M*** W*******
