    The salesman came and did a presentation and I was very reluctant to purchase due to the cost alone. He was so pushy to the point that he said i could try it out for 3 days and that he would even give me a discount for taking my old vacuum that same day. I agreed to allow him to take my old vacuum since I had 2 vacuums at the time. When I called the salesman and informed him that i no longer wanted the vacuum and would like to return within that 3 day return date he said that was ok and that he would be coming by later that afternoon to get it. He never showed up to pick up the Hyla vacuum so when i called him the next day he came and got it late afternoon the following day. A few weeks later i received a bill and when i called him to ask why i was getting the bill he told me he did not work for that company anymore and that he had heard this too often happen before which was one of the reasons he left. I called corporate to inform them that i returned the device to their employee who doesnt work for them and they did nothing. years later i seen that it showed up on my credit. When i called corporate office there was very little information that i could get. I asked what proof i could possibly provide if they dont give me a return receipt and they had no response other than it was my responsibility. how can this be if there are no documents on their end to provide to customers when they have a return. this has been years ago. i dont know what proof i could possibly find to show their employee came and picked up the device. The company has no recourse to reference returns or atleast not when i went through this. Horrible service and impractical operations.

    High pressure, pushy sales, overstayed their welcome in my home and we absolutely exhausting to talk to and to get out of my house. I was interested in the product and actually did move forward with a purchase; I read the contract and had time to back out with no charge and to think about it as well as talk to my husband. After he contacted a local plumber to ask about water filtration systems, we decided this was a ripoff and asked for a refund. Follow up with MORE high pressure sales, the sales person not wanting to hear a 'no' or us backing out of the contract, it took a lot of talking and wasted time to back out of the contract and get a refund.
    Now to the refund. The contract states a $100 fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the service installation appointment. We never made an appointment and was charged the $100 fee. I have contacted them multiple times regarding a refund and it has been almost 2 months and still have not received the remaining $100 refund owed.
    Terrible business tactics, sales people and products. Absolutely do not recommend.
