    Dearfoam slippers. **************** is NOT customer service, not helpful in anyway. Their site states there are Returns/Exchanges- this is not true! Tried to exchange a pair of slippers and was told NO could not Took way too long to receive order. I would not recommend to buy from them - .I have had issues with them for the past 2 months. Obviously they dont need the business.

    I placed an online order for Dearfoam slippers directly with RG Barry Corporation/ Dearfoams, but never received them. Contacted company and informed them. Was told I needed to wait 21 days before filing for a refund. Waited 21 days and called again to ask for a refund. Was told they would contact DHL about the missing package and get back to me within 24/48 hours. Never got back to me. I emailed them and was told the issue would be elevated and I would hear back 24/48 hours. Never heard back. I called 10 days later, asked to speak to a supervisor and was told nothing had been done - no follow-up. Supervisor said she would personally handle it and it would be resolved in 4 days. Was not resolved. Still no refund. It has now been almost 6 weeks since I placed my order and nothing has been done and no refund. This company is no longer a trustworthy company.

    Place an online order with ********** but the order was not received. Have called their customer service line 3 times and every customer service agent has a different story. They are now telling me I have to wait 21 days before they can ship a replacement. Seriously, for a item that costs less than $50?

    We received slippers as gifts however they are not as advertised. I wrote a letter explaining my disappointment with their product and never received a response. When I tried to call the number on the product description tag I only got a recording and music to an expended period of time. I hung up after 15 minutes. The description tag info states to call if you are not satisfied with product. When I went online regarding this I was told I could send a $5 in order to file a complaint. Needless to say I didn't send anything.

    The 1 star rating is for a reason. That faux fur on the outer edge of that slipper actually begins to weep or shed off edge. What might the effect be in the air of the home? Breathing this fiber into the lungs?

    DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! SCAM! They gladly take your money and then claim they never received the order even after a shipping label is created. They are unresponsive, and difficult to reach. Spend your money elsewhere! I purchased two pairs of Dearfoams through the Target app. I was supposed to have received the shipment over a week ago. The last tracking information was a shipping label created on Dec 5th...but again...after spending hours trying to reach a customer service representative, they say that they don't even have the order on file (despite the fact that a FedEx shipping label was created). Target has been trying to reach someone at Dearfoams on my behalf, but again they are unresponsive.
    If I could give less than 1 star I would.

    R.G. Barry's/Dearfoams Customer Service Dept. is horrible. Calling both the 800 number and the corporate office is useless. No one ever answers and you will remain on hold for hours.
    I just want to make a return.
    I have sent an email (12/15/2022) to the customer service email address. I received a robo text acknowledging that my email was received, however after that NOTHING. I sent the email because the website does not have a return form anywhere on the site as it indicates.
    I placed my order on 12/02/2022 received the items on 12/13/2022. My order number is ********.
    I just want to obtain the Return Form so that I can get a refund.

    First time buying Dearfoam slippers online. Was not familiar with how they would fit. I wear 11N so ordered their XL (*****). They run extremely small and would probably fit a size 10. I called customer service to get return instructions since there is no information on the packing list. I was told to leave a message, which I did, but have not received a call back in a month. Completed the return form online and got a form email saying they would get back to me in a few days. Nope. Replied to that email and got a reply that they did not understand what I wanted!! What's not to understand about the slippers don't fit and I want to return them for a refund, but I don't know where to send them??? Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Will never buy from them again. These slippers are going to Goodwill.

    R. G. Barry corporation owns the handbag brand Baggallini. They have a normal-looking website, just like any other online store. But when I actually made an order and then tried to return it (the bag didn't look good), I found there was no way to do so. No return form or address came with the bag. The website says returns are "hassle free" but doesn't tell you how to do it. Instead they ask you to send their customer service a message, promising a response in 3-5 business days. You get a response almost immediately but it's an automatic email that refers you to the same website. When you call their phone number you only get a recorded message. Their ******** page is full of bad reviews about nonexistent customer service, no response about lost or mishandled orders, no way to contact them. The company never answers them. Obviously the company just decided to save on customer service and ignore the customers.
