    Upsetting buisness practice. Overall a good gym but beware! I signed up for membership in 2009 and soon realized that it wasn't for me so I verbally told them I was cancelling. Fast forward 12 years at $30 a month to find out that I was supposed to sign official paperwork of membership termination. Over the course of 12 years the only communication from them was a flier before my borthday to, "come back and take advantage of these deals." Junk mail; and not at all any notice of annual or mothly billing let alone a, "Hey, its been a while. You still have an active membershp." Very upsetting to find this out after 12 years.
