    After install & the first big rain, I went onto the roof and found out there was one gutter on the back of the house that was holding about a 1/4 inch of water in most of the 28 foot gutter. I called Billy's Seamless Gutters, as he has a 10 year warranty, and they said they would come out and make an adjustment and fix it,

    He showed up and said he made the adjustment leading me to believe he had fixed the problem. I was not at home when he did this. However, the water was still there in the same amount.

    I called and talked to ***** and he was very unprofessional in speaking to me and very short. He said the he could adjust the hangers a lot but it would make the gutter and house look really, really ugly. I said no this is not a proper solution and a very unprofessional proposal. He abruptly said that he would have his installer call me. This conversation was on a Monday. I waited until Thursday and never received a phone call from his installer.

    I tried calling him on this Thursday but he would not answer my many attempts on Thursday and Friday or reply to my many texts. Then out of no where his wife called approximately 3 days later on Sunday August 6 at 9pm and left a voice message which I saved, that the crew would be there on Monday August 7th to fix the problem at 1PM. I stayed home but they never showed up. I texted them and asked them if they were still coming today but as usual no reply.

    Now, since they made that adjustment to the hangers, the 2 adjacent gutters are now holding water as well. I am asking that BBB get involved and convince them that someone that spends $2500 on gutters with his company then the gutters should work properly,

    If they are not willing to fix the installations errors I will be forced to hire another gutter contractor and take Billy's Seamless Gutters to court to get the money I have to pay the new contractor to fix it. I have many pictures of the standing water which is attracting mosquitoes.Install Date 4/24/23
