    Yes, initially, you may lose up to 20 pounds during the 30-day trial but not necessarily & I did not; however, as your body adjusts to this hybrid Keto-style diet, your weight loss might plateau. After this introductory period, despite seeing some promising results, you’ll likely feel pressured to sign up for either a one- or two-year plan at a slightly discounted monthly rate. This commitment may seem reasonable if you have a significant weight loss goal, but be aware: if your progress slows, the program may still require you to fulfill the entire commitment, without allowing for an early exit. Additionally, you may notice changes in the program, like shifting from one-on-one to group counseling to cut costs or being reassigned to a different counselor, forcing you to start over to work with someone new. If you decide not to complete the program, they may report you to credit bureaus promptly for a -23 point decrease in your credit score. So, approach with caution.
