********. We have taken care quite a lot, and in the last year they have gone down hill a lot, and we still took our cars back, never again. The looked at my car a week ago told us what was wrong and were suppose to fill out the paperwork for insurance. Called yesterday a week later and they still had not even filled it out. No apologies made every excuse, then had the audacity to say, "we didn't know you were in a hurry"! first who is not in a hurry to fix their car, second who starts a job and doesn't finish it. Then still didn't give a clear answer on when it would be done. This was after calling them 6 times through the day never getting a call back. They are terrible and upcharge a ridicules amount. Multiple other shops have fit us in and quoted less. I will NEVER take my car there again and tell all the people I recommended go, who take their cars there, to switch if they are smart. ******* is who we talked to. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and zero customer service.

Had my car serviced at the location on ******* Rd, in ****** Ohio. I was told my water pump needed replaced along with the fuel injection. Ten days later after picking up car, my car caught fire and it was completely totaled. Ask to at least refund the repair money. Manger **** refused and said it could have started by anything. If I could give a negative score I would.

I asked them to open my trunk, change headlight and change the oil. They didn’t do one thing that I asked and they charged me a little over a thousand dollars. My car was left in disarray when I picked it up.

Beware, they may try to sell you unnecessary repairs. I was told that the repair estimates would cost $310 and that if I authorized the repairs, the costs would be waived. After I authorized the repair, when my car was ready I was shocked that they added the $300 estimate fee to my $650 bill. I disputed the charge, but they refused to budge stating that I was paying for their mechanics time for the estimate.. I needed my car, so I paid over $1000 to replace 6 spark plugs on a 3.6 GM engine and a tire pressure monitor on one of my tires. They also determined that there was an oil leak from the timing chain cover and quoted me $3800. I looked into the average cost of these two repairs and was surprised to learn that replacing six spark plugs costs $250 to $400 on average and a tire pressure monitor costs $150 with labor on average. I was charged $650 for a job that cost $400. A new timing chain, sprocket, and gasket cost between $1500 and $2000 on average. Learn from my experience, use caution before you authorize any repairs.

Do not use this business especially if you are a trustworthy person they are crooked and liars and told me they fixed my alignment and brakes and now I have to stop about 10 car lengths before I can actually stop and my alignment is loose . But wait there is more they broke my front plastic trim panel on my drivers seat and the power button on my drivers door . I also told *** that I have an extended warranty so I guess they figured it doesnt matter . Cunning behavior . You better watch yourselves someone msg end up being really upset and file a lawsuit on you . My car is anything but safe not only did you not fix the problem you destroyed my property. Read the reviews one guy said they are paid to take classes to learn how to rip people off . Some others including a woman that they were over charging them . Run dont just walk away . Wolves in sheeps clothing . Do not trust I cant stress this enough
