    When the installers from The Light Before Christmas installed our light during the second week of November 2022, one of the installers fell off his ladder onto the driveway. Thankfully he was OK. The ladder scratched the siding on our home and broke pieces off of the cornice above our garage door. The company sent representatives to take pictures of the damage two times over the next month and again when the lights were removed in January, and I was promised on each occasion that the company would repair my home. The damage to my home that occurred during installation in November 2022 still remains. I was told in February when I called that once the weather got better, someone would be out to fix it. Since then I've left 3 messages that have not been returned, and it is now May, way past the time when the weather is better. I explained via email and voicemail last week that my next step would be to contact the BBB if I did not hear back, and I did not.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    I am writing to you today to address a complaint that was filed by Mr. ******* on May 1st. The customer, Mr. *******, was unhappy with the time it took to schedule repairs for his garage door.
    I understand Mr. *******'s frustration, and I apologize for any inconvenience he may have experienced. I want to assure you that we take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we are committed to providing excellent service.

    When Mr. ******* contacted us, we immediately began gathering quotes from our contractors as soon as we saw his email.

    May 11: We received the quotes

    May 13: We contacted our repair man and scheduled the repair

    May 6: Our repair man was able to complete the repairs and Mr. ******* was satisfied with them.  Mr. ******* asked if we could wrap the second garage door. We approved his request, and we will be scheduling that work for Saturday, May 20th.

    I want to thank Mr. ******* for his patience and understanding. We value his business, and we are committed to providing him with the best possible service.

    I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. Bethany took my frustration seriously and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Her consistent follow-up was much appreciated, and I would be happy to remain a customer in the future.
