    Professionalism and kindness in a small home town business
    During last year's hail storm my mothers roof, siding and garage needed to be repaired. And having to look for a repair service can be quite daunting. However, it was refreshing to have a business doing the repairs that actually lives here in our small community of Plain City. Norm worked with us and the insurance company to get the job completed in a timely manner.
    Professional to a fault--Upon removal of the siding around the chimney the men working for Norm noticed that there was no plywood surrounding the chimney. Instead of just putting the siding back up the way the builders had originally put it , Norm told me about the situation and explained why it should have the plywood around it. All of the workers were very professional keeping all areas clean and neat as they worked. Making sure each night they cleaned up the area and left it better than before.
    After the job was completed Norm said if I needed anything to let him know. I asked him if he could give me an estimate to put a step out the front door. He said he'd like to do it for nothing. That he'd been blessed with work and he would like to "Pay it Forward." I'm not too sure how many other big roofing companies would look at this in that way. Local business is the way to go, I would highly recommend Norm Troyer Builders of Plain City.
