    I used Weed Man in 2022 for loan care services and was satisfied with the service that they gave. They contacted me in late fall 2022 to renew my service.
    I asked them to call back in January 2023 . I spoke to a representative on 1/3/2023 and advised him that I did not want to continue with the program. I did receive a text/email that I thought was an advertisement so I did not respond. I received a text on Monday 2/20 that they were going to be at my house to perform the service. I was in Arizona with family and did not see the text till the next day whenI woke up. I did receive an email on 2/21 that the service was completed. I sent an email to advise them that I had requested that the service be cancelled. I was advised that because I did not respond to the text/email from 1/3 or the text from 2/20 that I had to pay for the service, They insist that since I did not respond that I have to pay the bill.

    After review of the account in question we will remove the charge for this initial service application in 2023.  Our records show the conversation that occurred on 1/3/23, we apologize for any mis-understanding for 2023 services.  As mentioned also we did complete our pre-notifications via text message and recorded phone call, there is a client responsibility to respond to these pre-notifications if there are any changes that need to occur on an account.  

     

    As of 3/6/2023 the charge for the service completed on 2/21/2023 has been removed.
