      If I could give no stars I would. Please do not go here!!! I had my windshield replaced on my 2015 jeep wrangler (on 4/17) and since then, my car has been making a popping/ cracking noise coming from the windshield.

      When I called to explain the problem and asked if they could take a look, I was met with rudeness and profanity. My car has never made this noise before (I’ve driven it for TEN YEARS). Not to mention I’ve had my windshield repaired/ replaced several other times and haven’t had this issue with other businesses. Completely unprofessional.

      His response was to cuss me out and for me to “give it time” and “your car is fine, you just want something to complain about” and concluded with “your vehicle is a 2015, it’s going to make fucking nosies” and then proceeded to insinuate my mom has done something to my car since she’s been driving it LMAO.

      Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is an absolute JOKE.

      Added note- We even tried to return a tool they left behind, and he insisted it wasn’t theirs “my staff wouldn’t leave tools behind” (which in fact they did because we now have a windshield tool lol). No accountability, no customer service, and absolutely no respect.

      They are the worst they broke a dipstick tube and did not put my weatherstripping back on right and when I called them two day later after texting the guy who came out about all this they just said no way sorry u are a lier and cussed me out and I was more worried about the weatherstripping I have never had to deal with anything like this they just want your money all of this because some truck dropped rocks and hit my window and said they would fix it with this company don't trust them at all

      Had a broken windshield, so my wife called and scheduled a replacement with Glassman. Work was scheduled between 10am and noon. Jordan called just after 10 to let me know they were en route; he and another technician arrived 5 minutes later. They worked efficiently and the job was completed in about an hour! Both technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and gave clear directions on care of the new windshield. The whole process was much more convenient and the final cost of replacement was considerably lower than that big-box "Safe" company. Couldn't be happier with the experience and will definitely be calling Glassman in the future, should the need arise.
