Online Plumbing LLC constituted a breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and sabotaged the project. As per the contract, the contractor was obligated to complete rough-in plumbing, rough-in inspection, and final inspection. The contractor falsely said the final inspection would not be required and received full payment. Subsequently, the contractor refused to perform the final inspection unless the customer hired him for the final installation. The contractor denied the project and closed the rough-in inspection permit as well.

D**** y****. I am responding to the formentioned complaint. i have complied with the contract that was agreed upon. I did the drain waste and vent rough as specified. This included  hot and cold water lines , and a few extras. This was a permitted job through the hamilton county health department. That portion of the job i bid. I have been paid in full for that. the second portion of the job is the finish which was quoted at 85 an hr plus parts. The home owner took it upon himself to set the toilet ,hook up the lavatorie and set the shower pan. when i pull a permit that permit is ion my name. the rules are as follows, nobody is allowed to do  that work unless they are my employee,  with a journeymans  license or they are a licensed plumber working for me ,Im sorry it has turned out like this but the customer had it explained to him by the plumbing inspector and he did not undrestand. Not my fault. ive closded my permit. hamilton count will back me on this problem. Any other questions let me no . Thanks D***
