We placed our garbage receptacle outside on Tuesday July 25th for a Wednesday pickup. We returned from vacation the following Wednesday August 2nd and the garbage had never been picked up the prior week or the day of our return. My wife contacted Sheila Johnson to let her know that they missed 2 pickups and we would like a credit for 2 weeks on our bill. She said its their word against ours and our garbage receptacle was never placed outside and that she would not give us a credit. When my wife asked for her bosses contact information she stated that she was the boss. My wife then asked for the owners contact information and she refused to give it and then hung up on her. I would never do business with this company. Terrible customer service.

Never said it was their word against ours, what I said was "the driver has it marked down as "not out" Why would my driver take time to stop and write down the time and "not out" instead of just picking it up. Never said "I was the Boss" I said I was the Office Manager and there was no one over me but an owner. She requested a phone number for the owner and I explained to her that I was not allowed to give his number out. I advised her to send us an email with her complaints and I would ensure that he saw it. She did and it was forwarded to the owner. Yes I did hang up on her because there was just no pleasing her even after offering to pick up any overages she had the following week. Good luck to her, life's to short to be such an angry person.
