    I was treated here back in February and I have no complaints about that at all. The staff in the ER were excellent. My complaint has to do with the billing. Shortly after my visit, I received the first bill of $465.40. I set it up on a 6 month payment plan and thought that would be the end of it. A few weeks later, I received a surprise bill for an additional $206.28. It was for the same exact visit so I was a little confused about why they didn't bill me all at once. Due to my budget, I couldn't add it to a payment plan, but I paid $20 on it here and there when I could. Apparently this wasn't good enough for them, because they sent it to collections. No one contacted me at all. It's obvious this place doesn't care about their customers, at least where the billing department is concerned. Once my payment plan is concluded and I can take care of the bill from the collections company, my business with King's Daughter's will cease. This review is just to serve as a warning to others, if you get treated here. Expect surprise bills and pay them as quick as you can. They don't wait around for you, work with you, or care about your financial situation. All they care about after they treat you is getting their money and they won't hesitate to forward it to collections.
