      Ive brought all four of my pets to this clinic for nearly seven years and have always appreciated ***************** Unfortunately, my issue lies with management regarding a recent billing issue. We were quoted one price for a test, only to be charged more than double due to an internal error the clinic admitted. After declining the now-costly culture test, they suddenly suggested they might know the right antibiotic anyway, which made the culture testing feel unnecessary. To make matters worse, when I began to dispute the unexpected charge, they discarded the urine specimen I had already paid forbefore we had even confirmed whether we were moving forward with the lab testing. They seemed quick to write us off, and the whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch. Based on other similar reviews, it seems Im not alone. I dont think its ethical to estimate a price and then charge nearly double, and customers shouldnt be left holding the bag for the clinics mistakesIll be filing a complaint with the Attorney General for that reason. While the clinic has generally treated us well, their billing practices need serious review.

      I had an appointment for over a month at the Hilliard location to have my mother-in-laws dog sedated, groomed, shot of cytopoint and his anal gland expressed. They told me to have him there between 8:00 and 8:30 AM which I did. When I dropped him off, they said that he would be ready around 2:00 pm. unless I wanted to request getting him earlier. I asked them if they could have him done by 1:00 pm and she wrote it down on his paperwork and said that they would try! Mind you this is about 8:20AM when I dropped him off. The dog has been there for this exact treatment at least three times before without incident. Around 1:20 PM I received a call from the vet talking about possible risks in sedating him, and I pointed out that he's telling me that they haven't even started on the dog yet! I had to get up at the crack of dawn to get this dog there and at 1:20 pm your telling me you haven't even started! He was very defensive and said they were busy and had emergencies that day and a half a dozen excuses! Five hours the dog sat there without being seen and this vet was indignant with me being upset about this situation. He said I could just come get the dog and that he was done with it. I don't think it's being unreasonable to expect those services to be preformed under five hours time, after having this appointment a month in advance. Why did I have to have him there by eight thirty in the morning if they weren't even going to treat him until 1:20 in the afternoon? The vet was combative, rude and upset my wife and her mother! This whole issue was probably caused because they are overbooking there schedule. I would recommend taking your dog anywhere but there!
