      Not a renter/customer. I know ******** and this company on a personal level and have to say something after overhearing and seeing too much. It consists of under 5 people and a overseas call center. They will do anything to get more bodies in run down apartments that they slapped a coat of paint on and sprayed for roaches and bb before you move in. Anything to make profit. Then kick you out at the drop of a hat with or without reason. Elderly.. Kids..Middle of winter.. Dont matter. Stay far away and find someone BBB accredited. Im sure the reply to this will be chalked up to this being false..Brittanys great at sweeping things under the rugjust be warned.

      Got approved for my place as of this month. Given 2 key codes to unlock a key lock for my unit (that I never got to tour) . I was told by maintenance as long as rent is paid they do not care about anything else. Ignoring the red flags I Got chased by a crackhead while others were doing illegal substances living inside the complex while attempting to obtain my keys. I let the management know and was only informed to contact legal authorities. Ive been waiting on a proper response as the complex is full of trash and smells faint of substance with broken stairs. I have a child and the complex is definitely unsafe environmental conditions and inhabited. I dont even want to waste any more time attempting to access their property. As I feel these conditions are a material breach in my lease agreement Id rather discontinue the contract properly then attempt to move myself and my child into that place.

      Monarch Multifamily has been very professional in all of their interactions. They do their best to handle all maintenance requests in a timely manner, and they pride themselves on property upkeep. I have been very happy with their level of communication and their overall management.

      THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE ! WE HAVING BEEN LIVING IN SEWAGE FOR A WEEK AND LANDLORD REFUSING TO CLEAN IT UP EVEN AFTER I CALLED THE CITY ! TRIED TO SAY COMPLETED BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ! IT STINKS AND NOW I AM GETTING SICK FROM IT ! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM AT ALL !

      Worst management do not rent from them three other properties out north are under investigation they have squatters crackheads on their property. Theyre not doing anything about it worse ever and instead of them taking care of the issue they want you to call and put in a work order.

      This company is a big disappointment. Their ads show you what an apartment may have looked like 15 years ago. When you see the apartment, it's old and dated. The first apartment I was approved for, an open house was scheduled. No one ever showed up after an hour, so we all were calling. We were told the person was caught in traffic and would be late. No one ever showed up so we were given the lockbox number.Upon entering I went upstairs and opened the cabinet and a ***** was crawling, I immediately came downstairs where others found roaches in the fridge and kitchen cabinet. I was shown two more apartments that were even worse. One smelled of urine and had a burnt outlet, weeds overgrown on what was supposed to be a patio, just a mess.The third apartment is again a shell of what the pictures show. Crumbling doorways.I put the key in the door, smelled f**** and shut the door.I really wanted to give this company a chance, but it appears everything is unlivable for me, maybe someone else can live under those conditions.I honestly think the first apartment no one was ever going to show up, they knew that place was infested and didn't want to look us in the eye while they tried to rent this place. No one ever showed up for the other two.And after expressing my concerns, no one ever tried to show me something better.These places should be closed down. Unsanitary and ************* all cost DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

      Worst management company. They will not respond to maintenance requests and have outsourced all the components of the business to third parties that never allow you to contact the property management.

      Hi *****, Im sorry you've had this experience. We have a 24 hour maintenance line and a tenant portal in hopes to allow you to communicate with us at all times with any issues. I have reviewed your work orders and it appears most have been addressed already however the new one entered I have reached out to the plumber to make this a priority. Going forward we will do our best to be more timely in responses. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make this right.

      I put in an application and received an email saying that I was denied due to my income credit score. My paystub shows that I clearly make three times the amount of rent in gross. Also, I’ve had my credit ran by two mortgage lenders within the last 30 days and my credit is excellent, but somehow, a credit report was ran through this company and it showed up a 680?
      If you want to deny me, that’s fine. If the information is inaccurate that is a problem and it’s bad business. I left a voicemail and no answer, but I reported them to BBB and I am definitely going to be advocating to get my application fee back.
