    In 2020 we reached out to learn more about startups.com. We spoke with various customer service agents and ultimately with R*** G****** ***. Communication was constant via email and phone. No issues. We raised the capital to move forward with them in 2021. Through 2022 we filled out several forms for the pitch deck bootcamp - completed this 4 times now. Then R*** sets up a call with a person named K****. Less than 30 minutes before the call, K**** sends an email stating he hasn't had time to look at our information. We expressed our displeasure at the unprofessional and abrupt ending of the call that should have happened but didn't. After about a week, R*** Graham emailed back saying he would look into it, nothing happened. Several weeks go by, we call and email and finally R*** sends the bootcamp again, we complete it and he says let's get things back on track. This was May 29th. We can't get any emails or phone calls anymore. From our side, startups.com took $3,000 from us and has not fulfilled even one part of their obligation. Our CEO has requested an accommodation of a phone call to better understand what is needed due to issues with ADD and ADHD. Nothing from R*** or K****. Right now, we want clear communication and moving forward or a full refund of our $3,000 back.
