      My wife and I got a joint credit card. We signed all documents a month ago. Today an agent named ****** called by wife and said they don't have ******* driver's license information nor the application information. She told ***** to reapply. I called and emailed the assistant branch manager at ***************************** She is a very nice and diligent worker. We have received the credit card. Our application was processed and approved a month ago. ***** helped with this. We have paided off other cards with a balance transfer. So, we are confused as to why this ****** employee of Bridge Credit Union is calling ***** about a transaction that has been approved and completed 1 month ago. It almost sounds like a huge internal problem at Bridge or maybe attempted identity theft. Why are you asking for my wife's driver's license information and asking her to send today? I felt I had to make this statement. I have many accounts with ********************** and have never had problems. Only when my wife and I applied for this joint credit card. Thank you for listening to my serious concern. ***** ******* ***********
