  As a military retiree, I've always been eager to support veteran owned businesses. As this company presented themselves as such, I placed an order for ten t-shits on March 31, 2021, for $249.90 with the utmost confidence. I was told my order would take up to four weeks to be delivered and waited patiently. Four weeks has now turned into four years. I reached out to them repeatedly trying to first have my order fulfilled and later to request a refund. Each time I was met with auto generated responses saying to wait an additional four weeks. I attempted to call them, but no one ever answered the listed phone number. Eventually, when I attempted to call, I began receiving a message saying the number was no longer in service and they actually removed the phone number and all other customer service contact information from their website. After several emails they finally stopped replying to my request for a refund and I resigned myself to the fact that my money had clearly been lost to scammers. I would have let all this go, had it not been for the fact that this company contacted me around two years ago. They claimed they were under new management and asked if I would like to place an order with them! I laughed inside and deleted the email thinking that it would be the last I heard from them. To my astonishment, they have had the audacity to begin spamming my email weekly with multiple messages for the last two years! They wouldn't interact with me when I wanted my order fulfilled or my money refunded, but now they attempt to reach out to me multiple times a week with junk mail as if I would ever do business with them again. I almost feel as though they are taunting me now. If it's not to fulfill my original order from four years ago or refund my money, leave me alone Emblem Athletic. You are bad news to the military and to veterans!

  I placed an order (43812) approximately two years ago (July 2021) for three shirts to commemorate a mobilization- soldiers in my platoon did the same by my encouragement. To this day I have not received any product, nor have any of them. At this point I'm pretty irate, as I have an entire chain of emails all claiming the same issues everyone else has spoken of. Supply chain, production, materials, change of owners, apologies, promises of quality and orders being immediately printed off. I've checked in multiple times and receive essentially the same recycled excuses, I cannot believe the audacity of promising me 6-8 weeks and leading me on for this long. Funnily enough, this last time I reached out their response was a 1-5 star review of their customer service.

  Ordered something in November 2022 and still haven't received it in March 2023. Do not order from this company. They are straight ripping off Soldiers. They act like they are veteran run and they care but they will take Soldiers money and never provide the product. They even called me after the company was sold and told me they'd work on the product. That was over a month ago, nothing happened until I disputed the charge on my credit card.

  Took over 6 months to fulfill an order for 1 hoodie and 1 tshirt. When they finally arrived the materials were so cheap and the design was so comically bad that I considered throwing them away. I tried to reach out to the company and they stopped responding once I complained about the order.

  This business is absolutely horrible. I have been waiting on my order for over a year and a half. June 2021 is when I placed the order. Have been requesting refunds since March of 2022. The owner needs to be charged and imprisoned for Theft By Deception. Thousands of hardworking Americans, like myself, have been cheated out of our money. This business is one hundred percent a scam so please, do not support this company and hopefully they will go bankrupt and the owner imprisoned.

  Do not give them your money Do not use them. They do not deliver. Emblem Athletic survives off cheating veterans and others by continuing to delay orders until banks are unable to recoup payment from them during the dispute process.

  I placed two orders in March of 2021. Still havent gotten the merchandise and *** got numerous emails promising a refund that never came. As a veteran I try to support other veterans but this appears to be an all out scam. Its truly frustrating dealing with the absolute lack of action on their part.

  I have put my order on February 10 of 2022 and the first time I emailed them they had an issue with the original supplier. In I emailed again they said change suppliers and they catching up with back order put I yet to receive any information about my order. And they refuse to offer a refund.

  I have been waiting since March of 2021 to receive my order and it is now September of 2022. I have been promised shipping information since September 1st 2022 with nothing being emailed or communicated. Something needs to be done about this business immediately after countless promises. I have kept all emails with them and can provide them at request to the authorities.
