      **EASTON LOCATION** - I called today to inquire about available appts; person answered did not identify herself, was annoyed that she had to answer phone and look. I called back because I had my days mixed up. Said person named "******" was even more of a nasty, unprofessional b**** I am so sick of having to deal with this place and the trash they hire off the street to be a warm body. What ever happened to customer service? I foresee that this business will go under and these so called employees will be out of a job as they should. If you're that unhappy with dealing with the public please don't get a job dealing with the public. Go get an education and learn some manners. Unfortunately I have several gift cards to use- I may just take my loss and save myself the headache, Buyer beware- if you see a Groupon offer, etc., do not fall for it. Once they have your credit card they are impossible to deal with. Do not sign up for membership either- once they have your money you're screwed **( want to leave 0 stars but minimum is 1)
