      The owner was rude and copped an attitude when I tried to reschedule the installation due to a broken hot water valve to the faucet. He also required me to purchase the replacement valve with no thread size requirements because he didn't want the cost to come out of his ****** installation fee. I was able to get a valve that worked no thanks to the ***** and **** ***** staff. The water company told me that I was allowed to shut the main water supply off at the water meter so the installation could be completed. The owner of AB plumbing needs to work on his customer service skills or get someone who has some skills to deal with customers.
