    Just had a new roof installed on our house, shop, and shed on 5-12-2025 by Mike’s Roofing.
    **** or salesman was very professional and respectful. We decided on the Landmark Pro Shingles. Troy is so knowledgeable and helpful concerning all aspects of materials and installation. Whenever I had a question concerning the installation date I called ****** and she was so nice and was able to answer any of my questions or concerns.
    The installation team showed up at 6:30am and was so polite. There was a threat of late day rain so Troy had 13 very hard working workers for this big job led by *****.
    By 4:30pm they completed the entire job!!
    They were the hardest working group I have ever seen by far..
    ***** was the leader, and they were so focused on everything to the smallest details. They cleaned up everything so well!
    I honestly could not be happier with my new roof and will always have very positive memories of this project.

    DO NOT USE ****** ROOFING! ********,**. ****** OH, BUCYRUS OH,*************, ******** **, Due to failure to perform a job in contract signed by myself and **** ****** from ****** Roofing on May 15th,2024, in which MIKES ROOFING stated in contract please allow 12 to 16 weeks to perform job. I was told by my home owners insurance ********** to repair my roof, whom I have had fo *********************************************************** my contract with ****** Roofing, it states the 12 to 16 week period for the job to be completed. This contract was given to ********** so I could keep my home owners insurance. This job was a very small job, estimate given by **** ****** ******* to the founder of ****** Roofing in contract was $2,060.00. It has now been 19 weeks 5 days, and now have been dropped by my homeowners insurance State Farm due to the job not performed by said company ****** ROOFING! Now I am paying twice as much for Insurance as before with not as good coverage, almost as much as the job repairs! By ****** Roofing not following their own contract signed has now cost me around $900 dollar loss a year. Due to losses and damages caused by failure on the company's fault to follow THEIR CONTRACT SIGNED, I will have spent almost double between insurance and the job that needs performed in just 2 yrs!

You never gave us a go ahead or the signed estimate to proceed with the ******** sent the estimate to State Farm, not us.There is no signed contract as you stated.     Very professional group. Just when you think there is no customer service Mike’s came through. And as promised, they contact us in advance to let us know when they will be starting and arrive promptly at that time. Once the work was completed, the whole crew took the time to go around the house and make sure any debris was cleaned up and even swept our deck, ran a magnet to insure nails weren’t left behind.
    The whole process from the estimate to completion of the work was everything we could’ve expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    I’ve dealt with Mike’s roofing for 25 years now. Troy Ware is my contact at the company. They have done commercial properties, rental properties and the roof on my current residence as well. They’ve always done a great job, and they’re easy to work with! They do an impressive job in clean up and follow up as well. In over 25 years I’ve never had a recall on any repairs they’ve dove. Highly recommend!!!

    I was referred to Mike’s roofing by a friend down the road from us. Mike came out to do a quote on one of our old buildings. He did an excellent job explaining to me what I would need replaced and he was very pleasant to deal with. I definitely plan to call him back when we’re ready to have the roof replaced this summer.

    I had Mike's come out and look at the roof very nice people. said the roof needed replaced .. I checked with a few others. Mike's offered me the best pricing and the soonest date to replace the roof. The roofing team was just a professional as the sales team, they removed the old roofing cleaned up and reinstalled the new roof in 1 day. personally very impressed with how quickly they did all the work and the cleanup top notch. (they magnet rolled the yard and driveway many times to be sure to get any lost nails) As for the roof.. PERFECTION !
    Thanks Mike and your team for the wonderful job and great roof, I know who I'll call for my next roof
