    We had heard of ****'* through our neighbor who had work done. We liked the work they had completed, so we had an estimate done which we were happy with. **** (the owner?) asked us to pull the permit and we started the same day. We had a hiccup with the permit due to it requiring neighbor sign-off. We communicated that the permit would be delayed but he tried to guilt us into scheduling the tear down for the next day because his guys had a down day while he also told us repeatedly what a great deal we received because he wasn't charging for tear down and his usual 14 jobs out was only 7 "due to the economy". Every day **** would call to see the progress of us getting the sign-off for the permit. **** kept pushing to get work started without the permit approved. The issue ended up being a ***** across the property line. We came to an agreement with the neighbor and he signed off. We spoke with **** to let him know that install would be delayed until we could remove the *****. However, I was guilted into agreeing to take the fence down the next day. He said he would confirm later that evening. He never called. We ended up choosing not to take the old fence down until we could grind the *****. He called the next morning and we informed him of our decision but he tried to make us feel bad because he "would have to tell the guys to go home now" even though he never confirmed with us. After all the pressuring, reminders of the "great deal" we were getting, and guilt tripping into keeping his guys busy, we decided to no longer use his services. Additionally, **** wanted to cut corners on city ordinances such as post hole depth and materials used. He also tried to make us feel bad about having to have the work spaced out due to the city requiring a post hole inspections because scheduling around that extra day of work would be tough and cut into other jobs. It wasn't even 4 full days from when we hired him to when we told him his services were no longer required.

    They do not care about what customer wants!! Everything discussed during estimate was thrown out the window when they did the install because they didnt want it that way, when I was the one paying for it and its what I wanted done. I now have to spend more time and money getting all their mistakes fixed. Also very unprofessional and unpredictable when it comes to punctuality and planning.
