      Had Ravenna oil and heating out as a second opinion when my oil furnace started making a very odd noise. They were able to fix the issue in under 1/2 an hour, for a part that was only a couple of dollars. The technician explained the issue to me, and even showed me the old, warn coupler, versus the new one, and explained how he diagnosed the problem. I went from thinking I had to go a week without heat (in December) for a totally new furnace to be installed, from the other company, to heat in 1/2 an hour with Ravenna oil and heating.I know who I'm calling in the future.
