  I am currently leasing a 2025 Dodge Ram from Haasz and the first week of owning my check engine light came on. That was October its May now. It has been in and out of Service and no solution has happened. The sales manager **** stated that he will help but all he has done is avoid my communications with him. Now my ram is starting to have more issues with gas gauge my truck has left me stranded in a parking lot at a hospital and still as a customer I am not a priority. Very disappointed.I would not or will not buy or lease again from Haasz Automall in Ravenna.

  Having issues with my ******** I purchased brand new. Having rail dust on the vehicle. I called my sales person, sales manager and the general manager. I never received c all back from any of them. I went to the dealership to talk to them and schedule an oil change and tire rotation, and I went and scheduled with the body shop on my own. Needless to say it's been a month and I have yet to get my vehicle in to get the rail dust off of it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!! Will be the last time I purchase or have anything done by them. Only reason I gave a star is because I couldn't leave one or a negative stars.

  I had my car taken to Hassz collision to be repaired on December 4, 2024. The car had rear suspension damage from being hit. We asked them at that time if our vehicle should instead be delivered to the dealership for the suspension repairs then come to them after for the body work. The person at the front desk said NO and that the work should be started late the following week at their shop. We waited 2 weeks with no contact from the company. So we tried calling the collision center and the phone number was not in working order. So we tried the dealership number and was transferred to the collision center. We left a message to have someone call us back, 2 days go by with no call and we call the dealership once again to be transferred because they have NO working number. We were told that our car was still sitting outside and that they would try to get it in the following week. Still no call or updates the following week. We called again left another message for a return call on updates with no return call. We call again that next week and with no working phone at that building. We then call the dealership to be transferred and spoke to the girl who said they still had not gotten it in yet. We asked to speak with a manager who told us they would try to get it in by the following week. A whole MONTH has gone by with still NO call from this collision center NOT ONE TIME with any updates. We try to call again with still no working phone number. Finally we ask for the manager of the **************** who tells us that he would get it in the following day. Five days later we call only to be told that the car needs to go to the repair shop at the dealership to have the suspension work done on it first. The manager says he will send it over the next day. We call a week later to the dealership shop to be told they had just received the car 4 days after we were told it was going over to now wait on parts they had to order. we are now 2.5 months in and still no car!

  Haasz automall in Ravenna Ohio sold me junk I only made 2 payments on the car when the transmission went out they are refusing to make it right concidering they knew from day one that something was wrong with the car. Don't buy from them go to a Ford or chevy dealership because Haasz automall will rip u off now I'm stuck paying 13 thousand for a car I can't drive

  My husband and I purchased a new truck for him at Haasz Automall of Ravenna. The best place to shop for an automobile. The sales consultant ************************* was wonderful. He didn't try to show us vehicles we had no interest in. ******* knew we wanted a truck with a crew cab, and my husband was partial to Fords. He went out of his way to get my husband exactly what he wanted. If you go to Haasz be sure you ask for ******* you wont be sorry you did. And I can't forget ******************* a wonderful "Grandma to Be" and all around great person to deal with, in the loan department. She answered all our questions with a smile. The manager was all so a pleasure meeting. All and all they welcomed us with opened arms and treated us like family. The next time we are in the market for another vehicle we are going no where else except Haasz Automall of Ravenna and asking for *******.

  There really is no place like Hazz! ***** was our sales consultant and she was WONDERFUL!! She went above and beyond for us and was so patient with us. It took us a few days to figure out what we wanted and she helped us through every step of the way! Get your next vehicle through hazz and you wont regret it!
