  We had an outstanding experience with D&J Properties from start to finish and are thrilled with our new roof. The process began when ****, who was working on a neighbor's home, he professionally introduced himself to us with some old fashioned come up to your door approach. He noted our roof's age and offered a no-pressure inspection for recent storm damage. His approach was honest and upfront, with no sales gimmicks. We knew we were going to have to do a new roof soon and had some damage recently. **** was incredibly helpful in navigating the insurance process, handling most of the formalities and successfully getting the replacement approved by our provider.Later, we met with ***, one of the owners, to handle the formal paperwork. He was clear, patient, and made the process straightforward.The on-site crew was exceptional. We were particularly impressed with *****, one of the roofers, who was easy to communicate with throughout the installation day. His team's professionalism gave us the confidence to add on a last-minute job to replace the old insulation in our attic, which they handled seamlessly but did need to span a few working days across a few week.The entire crew was efficient and respectful, and their cleanup was immaculate. It has been two months since the work was completed, and we remain completely satisfied with the quality and our decision to hire D&J Properties. We highly recommend them for their integrity, professionalism, and ease of working with.

  I had a tornado come through my neighborhood last summer and my Insurance was not helping me at all. **** stopped by tarped my roof, got a hold of the insurance company and got the ball rolling. I had contacted the insurance company twice and it turned out they hadnt even filed a claim yet. D&J had my roof, siding, and shed replaced within a couple months, even though the insurance company was not paying for siding replacement. It has been almost a year since the tornado went through and my neighbors houses are still not fixed yet. **** and *** are very personable people like working with your family. The only reason I give four stars is because there are some minor details. They did not complete.

  D&J are awesome they did siding on my house and garage and roof on my garage could not be happier did a awesome job the crews were great left no mess and had it done in April and in Aug had a bad wind storms my garage siding got messes up I called them to have them check it out was fixed in a couple day I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family!

  D&J Properties handled every part of the restoration process from inspection, claim filing, adjustor's appointment, to replacement themselves. There was no 3rd party company involved in the process - they were like the "Apple Computer" of insurance restoration construction.I told the salesperson that they could have the job if I didn't have to talk to anyone or manage any step of the process. They executed my request flawlessly, with care/quality, and with purpose.

  D & J Properties were great and came highly recommended. They came down and called the insurance company to help me with the claim for our roof. Day by day communication. I explained our situation and **** took it upon himself to take pictures and follow up with the adjusters, for this was our first claim ever and didn't know what to do. As soon as the roof was approved to be repared, *** came down and explained step by step what would happen. Explained all their products in detail. The roofing crew were awesome. They were working hard and got a house roof and 4 car garage roof complete in one and a half days. They were very mindful of keeping it clean. When they finished the yard, they picked up all leftover pieces. For my first experience, we are 100 percent grateful and happy with the end result. Thank you again ***, ****, and the awesome crew.. ******* ******
