      I bought a car air freshener and a clip for my car and the product damageded the inside of my car horrible bad. Product is very sticky once it comes into contact with anything

      My order was placed online on 11/23/24, my order number was #*************. The order total was $179.88 after taxes. My method of payment was Discover $129.88, + $40 gift card and a $10 gift card. I had to pick up part of the order in store and the rest was being shipped to me. I never received the remainder of the order which was equal to $123.61. I contacted ************* on 12/7/24, 12/12, 12/26, 12/31 & 1/04/25 the scheduled date that I was to receive the shipment was 11/27/24 but the package was returned to the shipper ***** rather than being delivered to me due to damage. I have never received the package, and was told that I would receive a refund and an email on each occasion of calling customer care. I have verified my email address with them on multiple occasions. Confirmation numbers: 12/12/24 *******, 12/26/24 9196363, 1/*************.

      I made an in-store purchase on 11/23/2024 as a Christmas gift for a friend. I later found out my friend wanted something else so, I decided to return this unopened/ unused Bath & Body Works purchase as I didn't need it. I'd previous purchased a lot of wildflower scents for myself during a sale before Thanksgiving. I took the unused/unopened merchandise in the same bag (which I'd also left the receipt into the store). I was shocked to discover something had spilled on the receipt as I was instore standing in a very long line. I was told the person I got couldn't do a refund but if I went back through the other line that person working that register could do a cash refund (even with the spot being on the receipt). I went and stood in the other line before having to leave because of my elderly mother. We had been in the store so long, it was just too much for her and I made the choice to leave. So, just before Christmas I again went into a Bath & Body Works store to attempt the return... again with the receipt in hand. The lady was VERY rude about the damage to the receipt and said, there was no way I could get a refund. I was even agreeable to a gift card. (By the way I suspect one of the wildflower fragrance refills oil was the reason for the damaged receipt as I'd never taken the receipt out of the bag until my first refund attempt). I was ok with a gift card even to the very rude lady but she only agreed to give me the lowest price of each item instead of the amount I'd actually paid. I even pointed out the prices are readable on the receipt, this was so unfair but she didn't care and said that was all she would do. I even ask couldn't she look up the transaction from all the other information on the receipt? NO, she said. As I had already stood again in a long line and had many people behind me, I felt embarrassed and disgusted so, I just decided to take the bag and leave. 2 - 45 minute trips to my nearest store

      My pumpkin pecan waffles plugin was half empty upon arrival. It had leaked out and the rest of my products were covered in the ********* bright merry Christmas morning candle is also damaged. The entire inside falls out and the wax is chipped.

      My gift card from Christmas was compromised again. I added the value to the app on Christmas day and went to use it on NY day and it had a $0 Balance. I contacted customer service on Jan 1 and they were to send an e gift card within 3 days. That never happened. This is the 2nd yr in a row with the same issue and c*** support.

      I made 2 order from *** and received noticed that my orders will be delivered but noticed that it want be delivered. ********************* and getting the run around. It's 6:15 still no order *** are claim they need security access. Not true. I live in a open subdivision in the country don't need the access it's a non gated community. Either *** stole my packages or the packages was never shipped. I want my money back for both separate orders One was for ***** and the other ***** Order #************** **************

      I ordered online on December ****** and still have not received my order! I was using the tracking number to follow the order. It says it was still clearing customs on December 27, 2024. My order was $97.00 and my order number is 8055. Please check for my order and get back to me asap!

      I was given a gift card for $15 for Christmas by my daughter and went to use in store and it has a 0 balance and I've called several times and they won't replace it.

      I went to a Bath and Body works store to shop the semi annual sale today in ***********, ********. I had received a coupon in the mail for $10 off a $40 purchase with a semi annual duck on the mailer and an expiration of 1/12/25. After spending nearly an hour shopping for my items I was ready to checkout. The cashier rang everything up and scanned my coupon and rudely told me it had already been used. I told her I just opened it that morning and she said I must have used it in the app. Also not possible because I didn't place an app order. I had not made a purchase since prior to Christmas. I had used a $10 off $40 during the Christmas sale which expired on 12/24/24. The woman then proceeded to tell me that Bath and Body works sends out the same exact coupon with new pictures on it and new expiration dates but they are actually the same coupon as before and this can not be used. Her manager then came over and verified that is true. They treated me like I was stupid and trying to scam them. I left humiliated and in tears. I chatted with customer service for ********************** who said they never send out the same coupons. She offered to send a new (lesser value) coupon for my troubles. Another coupon? Why would I want another coupon that the store probably wouldn't accept?? They would just say "it's already been used" with their smug little faces. Also, why would I want one that was worth less than before??!! The employee on chat said I should just call their customer service line which I did. That phone employee told me their automated system might send out the same coupons but Bath and Body Works can't do anything about it which means it can and probably will happen again. He said, "I will call the store." Yeah right. This is false advertising to send new coupons to customers that are actually the same old ones sent prior just to get customers in the door. Unless they can somehow make this right I will find other places to shop and possibly seek legal action.

      I placed an order on 12/26/24 for 3 of our daughters and myself for a total of 38 items for 4 families, due to arrive about THURS., 1/2/25. I received a notice on 12/28/24 that my order had shipped. On 12/30/24 I received an email stating that my order could not be delivered and I would be receiving a refund. We do NOT want a refund. I called **************** and was told that my package was damaged in transit and could not be delivered. A customer service *** helped ***lace the items that were still available and choose similar items for the ones that were no longer available; all would be shipped except for 4 items that I would pick up at ************** in Mt. ********, **, near my home. For reasons I don't understand, I was told I also needed to put an additional $46 on my credit card that would later be refunded. My credit card shows the $46 as Pending. I called today after receiving a email yesterday that SOME OR ALL OF MY ADJUSTED ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED! I called **************** and was told that without my consent, $93 of my $140 payment will be returned to my credit card and that the $46 will not be put through, although it still shows as Pending on my credit card account; no refund of the $93 yet. I was also told that the customer service *** I talked to yesterday didn't put the order through correctly; Instead of 38 items for our 4 families, we will be receiving 13 items. At this point, there are no credits showing on my credit card. I asked twice to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor was busy on other calls and could not call me back, I was also offered a $30 Gift Card to just forget what happened even though I have not received any refund of my payments on my credit card. We still want our the items on our original order or close substitutes DELIVERED at the same same price that was on our order on 12/26/24. I find this to be extremely disappointing for a company that advertises "WE JUST WANT YOU TO LOVE IT! 100% GUARANTEED."
