    This company helped me fix my house after a shady contractor from the state came in and left it flooded with electrical lines hit. I’m a disabled American whom was hit by a car back in the day because the driver thought her phone was more important then my life.
    I’ve had to deal with too many contractors that get away with damaging your property and leaving.
    Well not this company! They came in and fixed everything and made it look better then when we bought the house!! We all need more contractors like Exceptional One!! And I really want more people to know about amazing contractors like this company so they don’t get screwed over like I did!!
    CALL EXCEPTIONAL ONE it will be the best decision you’ll ever make!!

    I am a repeat client of Exceptional One and very impressed with the quality and detail of their work. The owner helps with design, offers suggestions and goes above and beyond to work with you as a partner on the project.
    The crew does a remarkable job, keeps the client foremost and maintains great communication throughout the job. Shout out to Jim and Victor who were extremely patient when I would change my mind on some detail.
    Office staff is fantastic and keeps the whole process flowing.
    I highly recommend Exceptional One Services!

    We had Exceptional One out to our condo due to water damages in the utility closet, and two baths. We also needed drywall work done in the garage. The owner, Dan, was involved from start to finish. The crew - Victor, Jim, Chad and their contracted plumber Eric & Katie at White Knight, were very respectful and professional throughout. It was obvious they care about the quality of the work and the residents on site while they execute their work. I would recommend them for any home remediation/remodeling projects.

    We had four skylights removed when we replaced our existing roof on our home. Exceptional One did the inside work and framed each skylight opening; insulated each skylight opening; and then applied drywall to each skylight opening in our Kitchen- Eating Area, and Great Room. The finished work is FANTASTIC! The ceiling in both the Kitchen- Eating Area and Great Room looks brand new! Looking at the ceiling you cannot see where the former skylights were. The preparation work for this job was EXCELLENT! The clean-up after the work was completed was OUTSTANDING! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Exceptional One to anyone wanting quality work done on their home!
