    The 2 fellas closing on 7/1/25 treated me like a criminal from the second I walked in the door. Wouldn't hardly let me check out the boats even after I sat my wallet and phone on the counter. I did come in with only 10 min until closing, but i was ready to spend 750+ on 2 new boats. At 6:59, I was informed that the store was closed and the guy took the boat i was looking at, and returned it to the shelf. Well done hobby town, missed out on more money in 1 day than what the store probably makes a month. Amainhobbies.com for the win!!!!!

    I have given the Hobbytown in Reynoldsburg Ohio a lot of my money over the years. While I was looking at the  Gundam on 4/27/25. I heard the worker at the cash register (older grey haired skinny gentleman) rudly turn down 3 people on the phone. Then when I get to the register to pay in cash he said he had no change to a $100. The purchase I was going to make was a $60 Gundam. I said "you don't have $40 in the til. He said "no". I offered smaller bills and didn't have change at all. I told em you just lost my business and he just shrugged his shoulders like he didn'tcare less. I was gonna come back and buy a perfect grade next week too. I spent $500 a month ago there and $300 the month before. Also was going to give them a shout out on my Twitch streams (of 1000 followers). They way he treats people is horrible.
