    We hired CLOVIS OUTDOORS (Joe N***) on August 13, 2023 to install a window and replace vinyl siding on our house.
    He installed a window that was not the proper size and did not leave any room between the ceiling and the window for trim, the window also had grates in it, none of the other 27 windows in my house
    have grates.

    We told him before he started we did not want to have to do any drywall work. The window he installed was broken. He told us to purchase the right window and he would reimburse us and install the new window but nothing about fixing the huge drywall problem we now have. We have not seen or heard from him since December 2023.

    We paid him $3877.28 for this project. We have had to hire someone else to install the window and fix the drywall at an additional cost of $500.
