    What started off as a difficult situation with our home warranty company, Bryan and his crew were forgiving, tolerant, and patient with our frustrations. All of the folks we dealt with have been extremely professional, courteous, and generous with their time and attention to our problem. Their customer service is first class, and their expertise and workmanship is second to none. Thank you to Peak and Valley for helping us thru our challenging predicament. I highly recommend this Company.

    I don't know who this company 5 stars on Google, but I'm beginning to think it's family and friends. We waited over 3 hours today for a visit and no one showed up. Literally scheduled time to be away from work to be home and NO ONE called to communicate about anything. I called to see what happened, and it went to voicemail. Good customer service is definitely shot down and it's one excuse after the other.
    This nonchalant non-communicative behavior deserves no second chances. First the excuse was Covid, and now what is it? You've all been getting way too comfortable being unprofessional and at the end giving a petty "I'm sorry" or "Can we reschedule." No we may not. Off to the next company, that's more professional and might respect people's time.
    I am sick and tired of getting my time waste, I lost 1/3 of my work day!

    They were timely and responsive, provided consultation of a longstanding issue while showing respect and understanding for our situation, and completed work quickly and cleaned up completely.
