    Ordered a holster in May of 2023. Was told via email it was planned to be made in October and was told the same lie every month..it’s now March of 2024 and still no product. Do NOT buy anything from these scammers.

    Just dont bother ordering from this company. You will wait 6 months for your holster and if you try to cancel it well good luck with that. They will not even respond to you. Scam company dont buy from them.

    This is a fraudulent group of people disguised as a business.
    North Coast Tactical has, by far, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order for a custom holster in mid April. There was a stated 12 week minimum lead time. It has now been over double the time frame that was expected with no product receipt.
    The company did not proactively notify ANY of their customers that extreme delays were being incurred. Rather, they took two weeks after I reached out requesting simple information to even respond to an email.
    The company has offered no recourse for the issue. No refund has been offered and no discount from the total cost has been offered. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone at North Coast Tactical on the phone as no one answers.
    Google Reviews show that customers who ordered one month after I placed my order have already received their product. This is not the way a queue functions and seemingly looks like the company is picking who's orders are fulfilled by a flip of a coin.
    The company is still accepting new orders, having not completed 6 month old orders that have been paid for.
