    I put in a service call to look at my AC unit which was not turning on. He reconfigured the zone panel and then went on the list off 3 more things that should be replaced, totaling close to $800. I had another service complany assess my AC unit who stated none of those other things were required. Charged me $321 for 30 minutes of labor, no actual parts.

    We are sorry you were unhappy with the service provided.  We take great pride in the experience level of our technicians.  We will review this for future training purposes.  

    We have reached out multiple times with no response.  We would have been more than happy to resolve it immediately. 

    We have received your merchant dispute.  Since we have not heard back from you, we will not appeal the dispute.  Hopefully, you consider this issue resolved.
