    This entire Christmas season, everything I've ordered has been routed through this Rossford OH UPS/USPS transfer point. And EVERY SINGLE ORDER has sat there for weeks. The latest one was received in Rossford OH on 11/28/2024 and is still sitting there, waiting for USPS to pick it up. Last I knew, the post office ran 6 days a week. So there is no reason that package should still be sitting there. A Google search turned up many many complaints about the business, some indicating that this shipping point is actually a CLOSED business. I need that package and would like the BBB to do something to get this matter resolved. Thank you.

    I ordered a class ring it was shipped out 1st of this month. My ring was delivered to the UPS Rossford, Ohio location the 6th of this month. It is now the 22nd and it hasn't left their location.

    I ordered from Zazzle.com two custom ornaments memorializing my recently deceased friend for a total of $40 on 11/30/22. They were shipped 12/5/22. I’ve never had an issue receiving packages usually but I’ve also never had a package go through UPS mail innovations. It has now been 8 days since tracking was updated. My package is stuck at this access point in Rossford Ohio. Looking online I see dozens of people having the same exact issue as myself. When UPS is contacted they are of no help (that’s when you get lucky to actually talk to a human being). Ups also doesn’t respond to emails. They genuinely seem to not care about a very problematic access point. I have another package (a $40 hoodie) I see going through the same access point and although it’s only been 2 days of no updates I fear it will endure the same fate and not arrive before Christmas, or ever. I simply want my items asap and for everyone else experiencing this trouble to get their packages and the ups team to be held accountable.

    Ordered two different packages for Christmas from different places. Both ended up at Rossford UPS hub and has sat there for over two weeks. Called them and they have no answer and are not willing to help. From looking online - several comments like this have been the same over the past two weeks. Ours were at the location on 12/5 and 12/6 and still their MIA. So much for Christmas presents.

    I had a package (black rifle stand) that I tracked to this UPS access point location. December 10th, 2022 was the last update I received. UPS will not allow me to file a claim There is no phone number or email address to contact them. It says they are located inside a Michael's craft store. There are several reviews about people having the exact same issue of their packages being stuck there.
