    This location UPS drops off packages then to be picked up by USPS. I order an item on 12/27 and shipped 12/28/2024. As to date, I haven't received this package. It is still showing at the facility. I notified the shipper after 2 weeks. Another package was shipped. I have ordered 2 more items from different shippers and the same thing is happening with this location. I looked up reviews online and everyone is complaining about not receiving their packages. Yes there has been weather but it has past. Everyone is saying they fill this warehouse is a black hole. I have been told by UPS that they drop off at this location then USPS picks up from this facility. Please see what is the problem with UPS Mail Innovations at this location.

    I have an important Christmas gift seemingly stuck in shipping. Last tracking update says: 12/13/24, 2:28pm. Departure scan. Enroute to USPS, Rossford, OH. It's now 12/21/24 and *cricket, cricket* NO updates/movement! Ordering this gift has been a nightmare from the start (ordered 11/9/24; daft company needed 17 emails to correct product design) & now this shipping ridiculousness (keeps getting bumped to the next day, but still no movement/updates). I did not pick the method of shipment. In my research (trying to track my package down & get a delivery date), I've found that apparently UPS Mail Innovations (said address; Wood Co, OH) only got 1.9 stars and is said to be the 'place where packages go to die'/get lost and never delivered. Please help! This was the gift to WIN Christmas! (Tho, not the true meaning of Christmas, was to be an AMAZING gift for my nieces!) Please help save Christmas (for me and others)!???? Thank you! ???????????
