    We hired **** to finish our bathroom. We did the tear out, minus the tub which he cut out with a diamond blade and I helped him carry out. He told us originally it would be functional within a couple of days. At the end of the week it still didn't have a toilet, which as a family with 3 young children and no other bathrooms in the house you can imagine could cause stress. He installed the three piece fiberglass tub wrong. He put the clearly labeled left and right panels on the wrong walls. Having cut holes into the fiberglass for the shower fixtures, meaning we have to replace the tub walls. When the tub water is turned on the shower head also has water dripping from the fixture. The tub hardly drains, it takes 24 hours for the tub to empty. There are huge gaps that he was going to use trim to cover. This would be fine if not a shower, installing trim over these large gaps could have possibly led to black mold. He told us in previous communication he would be sending us a check to help repair the relationship. We never received said check, so now we will legally pursue any means necessary to see that justice is served and that he doesn't do this to anyone else. We also paid $1400 for materials, and when asked for receipts, he didn't produce them. We would like to see all the receipts. Our bathroom is very small and duraroc and dry wall are 12 dollars a sheet at Lowe's. I understand other items were purchased but this sounds like fraud to me and will pursue it as such if he can't produce documentation. Also, we paid over 3/4's of the total amount and still have a bathroom half done, and the work that was door is of poor quality. We now have to pay someone else to fix all the problems that were created by ****. We are happy to provide videos as further documentation.

    **** **** told said that when you fired him from the job, he was unable to finish/correct the contracted work and said that the matter is now in the hands of both your attorney (and his), in an attempt to resolve the matter.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have yet to be refunded, for a man who claimed to be a professional, being unable to to complete or even having the necessary skills required to complete the job.  It is my opinion that this business should be downgraded due to their fraudulent activities.
