      Last year I Had purchased a pontoon boat for $35,000 plus and decided to buy a warranty for $1000. That would cover my seats if they were damaged and when my seats got damaged and I filed a claim on my seats, I was told that they would not be able to fix them. When I bought the boat, I was told by my sales person that anything and everything would be covered on fixing my seats if I purchase this warranty and now, knowing that they are not going to be fixed, I am very unhappy and not satisfied with my customer service and believe that the sales representatives Need to be coached and trained on selling these warranties you offer. If my seats are not going to be covered under the warranty I purchased I would like to have a refund of my thousand dollars back because I am not rich and I do not have money to just throw down the drain. I purchased this warranty for a good calls And to protect my boat that I was told would be covered. If this issue cannot be fixed, I will make sure I let everyone know about my experience and my service with your business.
