During the month of December I was unable to make three of my son's Little Gym classes that took place on December 3, 10 and 17 at 12:45PM due to scheduling conflicts and illnesses. During that time, I reached out to one of the owners - ***** via text message to let her know that we wouldn't be able to make it. Calling the business line is impossible as nobody ever answers. During one of the text messages to her I advised her that we would be moving, and that I did not want to renew the monthly classes and not to auto debit my account going forward. She confirmed it was cancelled, and no debit would be taken out. On 12/20, I reached out to schedule a make up class for my son for one of the three classes he missed. I was then told I could come at the 5:45 class. An hour later, ***** sends me a text that my son can't make up the class as I didn't renew the monthly classes (but, I still had the whole year membership paid). I was never informed I could not make up the three classes at any point during my conversations. I asked to either make up the classes or ask them to refund me the three classes. They told me it was in their guidelines, that I couldn't unless I paid for another month. Nowhere do they have proof that I signed that I was aware of this rule. I was simply told, I should have known since I've been a member since 2018. I did not know this as I never saw any paper documentation of this, or was this provided to me or communicated with me. I want my money back for the three classes I paid for that they did not provide service to. I am very disappointed.
